Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead innovative defence projects at Farnborough or Malvern, shaping future capabilities in the Advanced Weapons Integrated Delivery Team. You will manage budgets, schedules and customer requirements, working with engineering, operations and partners to deliver with rigor.

The role requires a PM qualification (APM/IPMA) and experience in complex technical environments, plus willingness to travel and meet vetting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects for external customers within a complex technical environment.
• Experience working in Defence or another regulated industry.
• Strong governance, lifecycle and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project outcomes to customer, time, cost and quality baselines.
• Develop and maintain engagement with customers, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure efficient delivery.
• Apply project governance and lifecycle processes per QinetiQ framework.
• Manage resources and support revenue and margin objectives.
• Report progress, risks and performance to Programme leadership.
