Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead permanent roles delivering UK MoD projects from a Bristol base. You will own defined work packages, govern scope, time and cost, and coordinate with engineering, commercial, finance and suppliers to keep delivery on track.

Security clearance and sole British citizenship are required. Three days per week onsite at a Bristol MOD location with a sustained Bristol commute is essential, and exceptional candidates may

Competenze

• Practical project-management delivery experience within UK defence, with clear personal accountability for outcomes.
• Sole British citizenship, as required for security-sensitive work. Dual citizenship cannot be considered.
• Current or previously held UK Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
• A recognised project management qualification, with APM PMQ particularly desirable.
• Ability to work onsite in Bristol 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.

• Taking ownership of a project, control account or work package, including agreed objectives, milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Managing scope, schedule, cost awareness, risks, issues, dependencies and controlled changes.
• Working with engineering, commercial, finance, suppliers and Project Controls colleagues to keep delivery on track.
• Providing useful performance updates, resolving delivery problems and supporting formal governance, approvals and assurance.
