Formación

• Experience in bespoke software delivery in an agile team.
• Defence sector experience is essential.
• Active SC clearance.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client/supplier relationships.
• Experience of the software development lifecycle from analysis to launch.

• Manage the team's backlog, ensuring quality and maturity.
• Lead agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops.
• Support the delivery of initiatives within the Product capability.
• Manage, coach, and develop junior staff.
