Logiq, an IBM Company, is seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join our growing PMO practice. The role involves supporting projects, programmes and portfolio activity, embedding governance, reporting, planning, risk management and delivery controls across public sector and cyber security delivery environments.

The position offers hybrid working with travel to client sites in the London area and/or Logiq’s offices in Bristol, Chippenham or Cheltenham, plus a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or programmes (any sector).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with the public sector or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple projects.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and key documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Support preparation of project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
