MBDA UK Ltd invites undergraduates to join the Weapon System Network Communications team for a 1-year placement starting September 2027. You will apply university learning to real-world projects within secure communication systems across weapon programs.

We require current undergraduates working towards a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electronics with Communications, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.

Qualifications

• Undergrad working towards a degree in listed STEM fields.
• Role focuses on Systems Engineering and Network Communications for weapon systems.
• Hybrid working where possible and on-site 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop Systems Engineering and Network Communications expertise across MBDA Weapon Systems.
• Work across areas such as Networked Weapons, Platform-to-Missile Communications, Battlefield Communications.
