Job summary

Quast Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of the OpNET FMN Spiral 6 Data Centric Interoperability Pilot. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and ensure outputs meet security and governance criteria, across SECRET domains.

The role governs design, build, test, demonstrations and transition, with strong stakeholder engagement, and periodic reviews with Defence Digital, NATO and partners. Hybrid work at MOD Corsham, with 4 on-site days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure or secure information system projects.
• Full lifecycle project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Leading multidisciplinary technical teams across architecture, engineering, security and test.
• Strong delivery governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilise, execute and close the FMN Spiral 6 DCI Pilot project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and roadmaps.
• Manage design, build, integration, testing, demonstration and transition activities.
• Coordinate architecture, security, interoperability and test teams.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and Authority stakeholders.
• Control risks, issues, dependencies and budgets; implement mitigations.
• Oversee project reviews, documentation and transition artefacts.
