Job summary

Kingdom People seeks an experienced Interoperability Product Manager (Defence/National Security) to own the interoperability portfolio across software, services and managed offerings. The role links product, engineering and customer teams to deliver high-assurance information exchange.

You will refine strategy, own the backlog, and plan releases while coordinating with the Technical Architect and Delivery Manager to keep delivery on track and aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Manager experience in Defence, Government or National Security.
• Ability to translate customer and programme needs into actionable backlog items.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine interoperability strategy with cross-functional teams and translate needs into deliverable requirements.
• Own product goals and backlogs; prioritize items and communicate sprint plans and budgets.
• Plan timely releases with documentation, deployment, and post-ship updates to keep portfolios current.
