The role requires strong client relationships, strategic governance, and the ability to manage cost, risk and performance while mentoring high-performing teams in a collaborative, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major Defence projects at senior level.
• Strong leadership and management of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid commercial awareness including budgeting and contract handling.
