Job summary

Daintta Ltd is seeking Cyber Security Consultants across grades to help strengthen UK defence capabilities. You will shape secure and resilient solutions, combining technical expertise with strategic insight to address evolving cyber threats in complex defence environments.

Qualifications

• Strong background in defence or intelligence, either government or industry.
• Experience with UK Defence, National Security & Government security requirements.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CAF and ISO27001.
• Experience supporting security assurance activities for complex or mission-critical systems.
• Ability to work in secure and classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Security Advisory across defence programmes, ensuring systems are secure and resilient.
• Develop and roll out cyber security strategies and operating models.
• Conduct risk and maturity assessments and provide mitigating controls.
• Assess threats and advise on improvements to cybersecurity posture.
• Support secure adoption of next-generation technologies (cloud, data-centric services).
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Translate technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines, leveraging the wider team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and defence trends to keep clients ahead.
