LT Harper Group in the UK Defence sector is seeking a senior Cyber Security leader to shape strategy and run delivery across defence programmes, from secure architectures to risk management. You will line-manage consultants, set operating models and partner with senior stakeholders.

Hybrid work with 2–3 days in London or Cheltenham or on client sites, with discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including training budget and health cover.

Competenze

• Cyber Security experience in defence, government or intelligence sectors.
• Proven ability to develop cyber strategy and operating models for clients.
• Experience delivering assurance against security frameworks (NIST, CAF, ISO 27001).
• Line management and delivery leadership of project teams.

Mansioni

• Lead cyber security advisory and assurance across defence programmes.
• Shape and roll out cyber strategies, architectures and operating models.
• Oversee risk and maturity assessments and specify controls and risk reductions.
• Assess emerging threats and translate findings into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Line manage consultants and own delivery of project outcomes.
• Act as trusted adviser to client stakeholders and support business development.
