Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber programmes in defence or high-security sectors.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in cyber security or digital transformation.
• Ability to engage senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Eligibility for UK Government NSV vetting.

Responsabilités

• Own senior client relationships and act as trusted adviser to executive, digital, technology and security leaders, influencing priorities and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Translate mission context into differentiated cyber propositions and executable programmes, originating and shaping a sustainable pipeline across Defence, National Security and the DIB.
• Build, lead and coach high-performing, security-cleared teams; mobilise allies and partners to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Lead major pursuits from qualification through to mobilisation and delivery at scale, with disciplined focus on scope, resourcing, and risk.
