Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Projects Team supporting a key Defence client. This role offers exposure to strategically important initiatives and opportunities to influence delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

Based in the Midlands with occasional travel to client sites, you will elicit and document complex requirements, validate them with stakeholders, and ensure conformance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong consultant or senior-level BA with substantial requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
• Based in the Midlands with ability to travel to client site as required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, fellow Business Analysts, Engineers, and Architects.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation to support project delivery.
• Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities.
• Support the successful delivery of critical Defence projects.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
