Are you detail-oriented and skilled in managing post-construction issues? Experience in property management or property administration? Join my clients team as a Defects Coordinator and start immediately!

  • Flexible start times :Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the rectification of defects in new homes
  • Liaise with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of defect reports and resolutions
  • Provide excellent customer service to homeowners throughout the defect resolution process

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction or property management industry
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to start immediately/ within next couple of weeks
