Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Defect Manager for an Inside IR35 contract until March 2026. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week onsite, and a daily rate between £500 - £550. Candidates should ideally have Oracle HCM experience and strong defect management skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong defect management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own the defect backlog and defect management process.
• Ensure defects are raised and progressed according to the defect management process.
• Ensure defects are appropriately assigned.
• Ensure defects are kept up to date.
• Ensure fixed defects are retested within agreed timeframes.
• Report on defect backlogs, highlighting critical and blocking defects.
• Raise Service Requests with Oracle where HCM issues are identified.

Harvey Nash are now recruiting for a Defect Manager for an Inside IR35 contract running until March 2026. Hybrid working (2 days a week onsite). Our client has offices throughout the UK. Daily rate available of £500 - £550.
