We are looking for a Defect Free Delivery Manager for a 24-month contract based in Leatherhead.

Job Overview
Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and problem-solving tools.
Primary areas include DFD scope and definition, awareness, health checks, KPIs, training, monitoring of budget and schedule, and corrective actions to meet DFD objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met.
• Makes recommendations for corrective action.
• Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to verify standards for project execution.
• Implements performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Maintains quality standards of products, procedures, and materials.
• Aligns quality management with product performance needs.
• Under general direction, accountable for performance and results within a discipline or subgroup.
• Manages the delivery of functional objectives through leadership and direction.
• Participates in developing functional strategy and may oversee global processes and procedures.
• Skills typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and 9+ years of experience.
