Job Description:

My client is an HFT/prop trading house built by an American mathematician from scratch for 200 individuals over the last 15 years. The company is a fully automated trading platform with a significant market share in options, crypto, and futures. The team has outstanding research talent (IMO/IMC, ICPC, and Kaggle Grandmaster backgrounds). The setup is collaborative, with distribution across asset classes.

We seek a Deep-Learning researcher with academic or industrial experience in developing and experimenting with modern deep-learning architectures and original research in AI. The team is open to competitive offers for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • PhD in any STEM field (Computer Science is a plus)
  • Publications in top AI conferences (ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, AAAI, UAI, KDD)
  • At least 3 first-authored papers in the past 3 years
  • Experience with ML techniques and building ML pipelines for various streams
  • Proficient in Python; C++ knowledge is a plus
  • Competitive background (Kaggle, IMO, IMC, ICPC) is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

  • Developing original AI research

  • Using AI models for arbitrage strategies
