Job summary

Envision Education in Hounslow are seeking an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to start in September. You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support, working closely with teachers to aid pupil learning and development.

The role requires prior school experience, an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), and the ability to commute to Hounslow or live nearby. Pay is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils’ progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.
