Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Male Support Worker in Kennington, Oxfordshire. The role is hands-on, promoting independence and daily living support for a person with learning disabilities and autism. You will help with daily routines, activities and community access, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The post is 36 hours per week, permanent, with shifts across mornings to evenings and weekend coverage. A UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• A full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Planning and enjoying person-centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out.
• Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing.
• Keeping clear and accurate records; working closely with colleagues and professionals.
