Leading private equity firm with global offices is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their London team. You will be an integral part of the team, demonstrating a proactive, highly organized mindset, with the ability to liaise effortlessly with HNWIs and senior finance professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving private equity firm offering hybrid working (4 days in the office) and opportunities for role development through project support, operational/office management duties, and collaboration within a close-knit team of 6 EAs. Your duties will include providing full business support to three senior executives, including complex diary management, UK and international travel arrangements, liaising with HNWIs, organizing meetings and events, and supporting operational and private matters. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or have at least strong A-levels, with 5 years of solid experience in finance or professional services, preferably within private equity, hedge funds, or boutique environments, with exposure to investor relations or HR project support.
