eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Teaching Assistant and Midday Meals Supervisor to join our Seaford school. The role covers 32.5 hours per week, across term-time and school year rounds, with a fixed-term contract.

You will work under the direction of the class teacher to support learning, supervise at lunchtimes, and contribute to pupil wellbeing. Essential duties include differentiating learning activities, monitoring progress, and assisting with safeguarding.

Qualificações

• Good standard of English and Maths (GCSE C/4+ or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the school ethos and aims.
• Liaise with staff to support targeted pupils and raise achievement.
• Provide learning activities and differentiate for allocated pupils.
• Assess, record and report on progress with teachers.
• Monitor pupil responses and raise issues with teachers.
• Plan, evaluate and document specialist activities with teachers.
• Adapt resources and methods for learning activities.
• Support pupils' social, emotional wellbeing and wellbeing.
• Provide specialist support for pupils with SEND or EAL.
• Support gifted and talented pupils in learning areas.
• Supervise pupils during activities and meals.
• Assist with personal development and independent living skills.
• Prepare displays and track development plans with reviews.
