How you create impact

• Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions
• Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions
• Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care
• Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays
• Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance
• Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards
• Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty

• Proven experience in aviation or logistics
• Strong grasp of international/domestic airline routing, geography, and time zones
• Expertise in handling time-critical shipments across various transportation services
• Proven risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid customer service background with diplomatic communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 operational environment
