How you create impact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions
  • Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions
  • Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays
  • Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance
  • Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards
  • Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty
