Job summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our residential housing sites in Sidcup. You will join our Facilities Management Cleaning Team and be responsible for delivering a safe, clean environment for staff, users and visitors.

The role is 30 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a focus on reliable, detail-oriented performance and a pride in maintaining spaces that residents rely on daily.

Qualifications

• Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the site staff
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses

Responsibilities

• Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
• To keep the tea/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
• Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
