Location: WestminsterRole: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5), encouraging expressive outcomes.
  • Inspire students to develop their skills in a range of artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse forms of expression.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual expression.
  • Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student expression.

  • Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse forms of expression.
