Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious Decorator to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

When dealing with customers, client representatives, peers, and team members, you will be professional at all times and demonstrate high standards of customer service and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs. The work will include all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, artex repairs, and non-licensed asbestos removal (where full training will be given).

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

1. NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
2. Have a full driving licence.
3. A DBS check is required before commencement of the role.

EXPERIENCE

2 - 5 years of experience working in a Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
