We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

Leading the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital, Cornwall. An excellent opportunity for a progressive leader seeking the next step in their career within Ramsay Health Care’s strategic decontamination roles.

What you will be doing:

• Providing ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
• Ensuring operational performance of the decontamination service.
• Managing within a defined budget to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Working as an Autonomous Practitioner across all areas.
• Providing leadership and direction to achieve operational objectives.
• Supporting staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.

What you will bring:

• Extensive management experience in decontamination.
• Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
