A local authority in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a small team in the Cleaning and Decontamination department. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and provide training and support. Candidates should have knowledge of Infection Control, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform risk assessments. We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader that can support a small team of Cleaning and Decontamination staff who are responsible for the correct and effective reprocessing of all returned community equipment in line with the Decontamination Policy, Integrated Community Equipment Stores (ICES) Local Operating Procedure and Care Quality Commission (CQC) outcomes.
