A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Estates Department in ensuring the effective operation of various sterilisation and disinfection equipment. The role involves performing maintenance and revalidation tests in accordance with health standards. To assist the Estates Department in providing an efficient and cost-effective system of specialist services related to maintaining, testing (weekly, quarterly, and annually), and revalidating Autoclaves (Sterilisers), Washer Disinfectors, including Endoscope Washer Disinfectors and Endoscope Dryers, in accordance with the Department of Health's best practice Health Technical Memorandum.
