• Carry out maintenance of Autoclaves, Washer Disinfectors, and Endoscope Washer Disinfectors.
• Perform additional maintenance tasks as requested by users.
• Conduct revalidation tests following HTM guidelines.

Job description

To assist the Estates Department in providing an efficient and cost-effective system of specialist services related to maintaining, testing (weekly, quarterly, and annually), and revalidating Autoclaves (Sterilisers), Washer Disinfectors, including Endoscope Washer Disinfectors and Endoscope Dryers, in accordance with the Department of Health's best practice Health Technical Memorandum.

1. Carry out maintenance of Autoclaves (Sterilisers), Washer Disinfectors, and Endoscope Washer Disinfectors in accordance with HTM standards.
2. Perform additional maintenance tasks on Autoclaves, Washer Disinfectors, and Endoscope Washer Disinfectors as requested by users.
3. Conduct revalidation tests on Autoclaves, Washer Disinfectors, and Endoscope Washer Disinfectors following HTM guidelines.
