We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

You will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital in Cornwall. This is a key strategic role within Ramsay Health Care, ideal for a progressive leader seeking the next career step.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing ISO 13485 standard decontamination services for reusable medical devices.
  • Ensuring operational performance of the decontamination service.
  • Managing within a defined budget to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Working autonomously across all areas.
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve objectives.
  • Supporting staff development through effective appraisals.

What you will bring:

  • Extensive management experience in decontamination.
  • Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
