We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro. This is a key strategic role within Ramsay Health Care.

The role:

Lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive leader seeking career growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ISO 13485 standard decontamination services for reusable medical devices.
  • Oversee operational performance of the decontamination service.
  • Work within budget to ensure efficient service delivery without compromising quality.
  • Operate as an autonomous practitioner across all areas.
  • Provide leadership and direction to achieve operational objectives.
  • Support staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive management experience in decontamination.
  • Recognized decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
