Job description

Decarbonisation Manager

We are seeking a proactive Decarbonisation Manager for a leading Housing Association in Birmingham. Reporting to the Head of Assets, you will manage and coordinate the work of Trident Group's surveying team, overseeing operational delivery of responsive repairs, planned projects, and decarbonisation schemes across the organization's property portfolio.

Position Details
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 + £1,650 Car Allowance
  • Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
  • Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage decarbonisation schemes
  2. Lead on PAS 2035 and renewable energy schemes
  3. Tender and manage external contractors for planned maintenance streams
  4. Oversee delivery of planned projects across a stock of 3,400 units
  5. Provide leadership and technical expertise in surveying, building maintenance, and investments
  6. Collaborate with an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team
