Decarbonisation Application Engineer

About the Role

The Decarbonisation Application Engineer will support the development and execution of decarbonization projects, focusing on customer feasibility studies, technical proposals, and engineering integration. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and standardizing processes for bidding on decarbonization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries related to decarbonization applications, working closely with sales.
• Participate in discovery and co-creation sessions with customers.
• Support sales meetings with customers.
• Define scope for feasibility studies, including fuel types, modifications, and upgrades.
• Develop technical content for proposals and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Write technical scopes and discuss margins and costs.
• Support feasibility study execution and act as a system integrator.
• Develop templates for feasibility studies to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, and engineering teams to align project goals.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (e.g., BSME) or equivalent experience in engineering.
• Strong technical background, preferably in AGT equipment, decarbonization, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in technical writing and proposal development.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.

Additional Information

• Involves virtual and in-person meetings with customers.
• Travel up to 20%, including international travel.
