Job summary

Proactive Global is hiring for Deburrer/Sheet Metal Worker/Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Maidenhead, SL6. Shift timings are Mon–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and holiday pay at £14.24 per hour.

You will remove burrs, operate deburring machinery, and use hand tools while adhering to PPE requirements. The role may involve light to moderate lifting and general factory duties in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with deburring and sheet metal production is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 20 kg and perform manual handling.
• Willingness to work Mon-Fri in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask & hearing protection).
• Removing sharp burrs, laser tabs, and swarf.
• Possible heavy lifting (20 Kgs).
• Operating machinery (graining & deburring).
• Using different hand tools (files, grinders & sanders, etc).
• General factory duties.
