Location: Bury
Salary: £30,000 + (DoE)

My client is a prominent law firm, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services with a personalised approach. Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through meetings and interviews to provide guidance on debt recovery processes, including legal actions, judgments, and winding-up petitions.
- Conduct research and analysis of relevant documents and case law to ensure accurate advice and compliance.
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence tailored to clients' needs, following current standards.
- Represent clients and negotiate on their behalf when required.
- Manage case aspects, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Utilise networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor and meet billing targets.
- Supervise, train, and mentor solicitors, legal executives, and paralegals.
- Adhere to professional standards, including SRA principles and other guidelines.
- Use software tools to deliver efficient services.
- Engage in continuous learning about relevant laws.
- Perform additional duties to support the firm's growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a legal executive or paralegal role.
- Ambitious, determined, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of issuing court proceedings, requesting judgments, and winding-up petitions.
- Experience with case management systems.
