Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data preparation and management from bookings, enquiries, and workshop records.
• Analyze trends in capacity, customer behaviour, and fault patterns using Python.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for managers and staff.
• Develop ML models to forecast demand and optimise scheduling.
• Help create NLP-based tools to categorise enquiries.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to translate challenges into data solutions.
• Ensure data handling complies with security and ethics guidelines.
