Job Description

• Provide legal assistance in all aspects of Debt Finance.
• Support the team in drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents.
• Perform legal research and prepare case reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for case management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage and organise case files efficiently.
• Assist in preparing for court proceedings and meetings.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Legal department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Debt Finance Paralegal should have:

• A Law degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Debt Finance at a similar law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
