Job summary

British Business Bank plc in London is seeking a Structuring Analyst to support live securitisations and structured finance deals. You will engage in financial modelling, help shape transaction structures, and prepare approval papers while drafting legal documents.

A rotational programme across product teams provides broad experience in debt capital markets. Attendance at the office is required three days per week, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject with minimum 2:1.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking and enthusiasm for learning.
• Desirable CFA qualification or progression towards CFA.

Responsibilities

• Support live transactions across securitisations and structured finance.
• Assist with financial modelling and shaping transaction structures.
• Draft approval papers and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Gain broad debt capital markets exposure through a rotational programme.
