Baird Careers is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for the Debt Advisory team in London. You will work with leading sponsors, private equity, and corporate clients on financing transactions and capital solutions, gaining exposure to diverse industries and structures in a high-performing, employee-owned environment.

You will contribute to cross-functional deal execution, develop advanced financial models, and engage lenders throughout the financing process, supporting strategic decisions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent), preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline
• Associate-level experience, or equivalent, within an investment bank or relevant industry

Aufgaben

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support across financing transactions and capital structure advisory assignments
• Prepare financial models, debt capacity analyses, financing comparisons and client presentations
• Support due diligence, legal workstreams, project management, lender engagement and transaction execution
• Manage financing processes including lender outreach, diligence coordination and transaction documentation
