Job summary

Interpath, a fast-growing international advisory business, seeks a Debt Advisory professional with 2–3 years' experience to join our Leeds team. You will support the execution and project management of debt advisory and capital-raising transactions, and help structure financing solutions for Financial Services clients.

You will prepare client deliverables, build financial models, and coordinate due diligence, while mentoring junior colleagues as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years' experience in Debt Advisory or related field.
• Good understanding of corporate finance, financial statements and debt products.
• Ability to prepare high-quality client deliverables and communicate complex analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and project management of debt advisory and capital raising transactions.
• Assist in structuring financing solutions across corporate debt, structured finance and securitisation.
• Analyse funding structures, collateral pools and portfolio performance for Financial Services clients.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including board papers and investor materials.
• Build and review financial models to support transaction analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage day-to-day interactions with clients, lenders and advisers.
• Support business development through market research and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team.
