What would you be doing as a Debt Advisor here at Payplan?




We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Debt Advisor to join our DMP UK team. You’ll be at the heart of helping
individuals manage and repay their unsecured debts through effective guidance and support. If you’re passionate about making a
real difference in people’s lives while working in a highly compliant and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.




As a Debt Advisor at PayPlan you will:




* Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, providing regular updates about their Debt Management Plan (DMP).
* Communicate with clients and creditors to find appropriate, fair solutions.
* Conduct annual reviews and use available tools to assess changes in financial circumstances.
* Prepare and review proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Ensure compliance with FCA, PRA, UK GDPR, and other industry standards.
* Advise clients on how to stay on track with payments and navigate financial challenges.
* Collaborate with internal departments to implement agreed solutions.
* Identify risks or issues and escalate them appropriately.
