Senior Debit Cards & ATM Processing Specialist

UK remote

Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with our financial services client as they look to hire a Debit Cards & ATM Processing specialist. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market with market-leading benefits and excellent opportunities for progression. In this role, we are looking for someone capable of working closely with multiple internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, with strong knowledge of delivery in core banking and card technologies.

In this role you will:

• Provide subject matter expertise on Debit Card and ATM processing across the Debit/current account landscape.
• Lead and manage end-to-end technical changes, ensuring effective delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and other technical teams to design, evaluate, and implement robust solutions.
• Serve as the key contact for our client and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support change initiatives.

What you need to have:

• Industry and scheme knowledge of cards and ATMs from both a technical and business operational perspective.
• Experience and knowledge of debit card processing.
• Domain specialization in debit cards and ideally ATMs as well.
• Ability to discuss design/project issues with IT and business domain experts.
• Experience working with and managing outsourced suppliers/strategic partners.
• Familiarity with technical incident management processes and resolution.
