We are seeking to appoint to the role of Dean of Academic Performance, a strategically significant leadership position with responsibility for advancing and sustaining academic excellence across the institution.
The Dean of Academic Performance will take a holistic view of how processes, practices, systems (including people systems), management structures, and information collectively contribute to the delivery of sustainable and measurable high-quality academic outcomes, with a particular focus on excellence in teaching and learning.
To underpin sustainable delivery, the Dean will:
Reporting to senior executive leadership, the postholder will work in close collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues to drive alignment, enhance academic performance, and support the institution’s strategic goals.
The successful candidate will bring a strong record of academic leadership, a deep understanding of institutional performance, and a proven ability to lead complex change initiatives within a higher education setting.
