Overview

As chief academic officer and a member of the university’s academic leadership team, the Dean will oversee the Faculty’s strategic vision, administrative operations, academic quality, and research impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and develop strategic relationships to promote faculty growth.
• Ensure academic quality and integrity of programs and operations.
• Lead innovative, impactful research achievement.
• Represent the faculty within the university and externally.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fundraising and community partnerships.

• Distinguished scholar, appointable at the rank of Professor.
• Strong record of teaching, research, and service consistent with world‑class research university standards.
