Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Dean at Ignition Pro – School for Entrepreneurs located in Manchester. The Dean will oversee academic programs, manage faculty and student affairs, and coordinate with administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Institute. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, academic policy enforcement, budget management, and community outreach. The Dean will also be responsible for strategic planning to enhance the school's educational offerings and student services.

Purpose:
The Dean will spearhead academic leadership and enhance teaching and learning experiences, collaborating closely with Directors and Academic/Program Leaders.
The role involves driving educational performance, expanding undergraduate offerings, and nurturing staff development and workplace culture.
Required Skills
PhD in Management, Education or relevant subject with sufficient experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and experience of OFS and QA.
Must have work eligibility in United Kingdom
Office hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Up to £5k in annual incentives, pro-rata, based on quarterly KPIs after a successful probation period.
3% annual salary increase upon meeting KPIs from the start date of service.
A generous relocation allowance is available for candidates considering a move to either Birmingham or London campuses.
