Job summary

Cedar in London is seeking a Deal Structuring & Valuation Analyst to help drive multimillion-pound transactions for a global media business. The role involves rigorous financial analysis and strategic deal evaluation in collaboration with finance, legal and commercial teams.

You will build and critique models, perform DCF/IRR analyses, benchmark against market data and prepare recommendations for senior committees. This is a high‑visibility opportunity in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate development or similar.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills including DCF.
• Understanding of financial statements and business performance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Commercial acumen with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
