This role promises significant career development opportunities, working on complex assignments and advising on diverse real estate transactions globally. • Working with the partners and directors to identify opportunities to bring in additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading proposals and kicking off new pieces of work.
• Setting the standard for coaching on projects; take time to get to know the team and their objectives; make upskilling a priority for the team where appropriate
• Investing in your client relationships and key client stakeholders to get to know your clients' business concerns and priorities.

This role is for you if:

• You have experience of working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a track record of advising on UK corporate tax
• You have experience of leading and coaching others
• You have experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks
• You have developed communication skills, for example, in negotiating with and influencing others
• M ust possess an accounting or tax qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
