About the role:

Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group.

This role offers significant career development opportunities, working on complex assignments and advising on diverse real estate transactions globally. Our prestigious client base includes sovereign wealth funds, multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds, and REITs, providing exposure to high-profile projects. What your days will look like:

• Acting as overall deal architect—making decisions on report content, tone, and focus; managing successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborating with partners and directors to identify opportunities for additional services and proactively managing project risks when leading proposals and initiating new work.
• Setting standards for coaching on projects; understanding team members' objectives; prioritizing skill development.
• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their business concerns and priorities.

This role is for you if:

• You have experience working on Real Estate projects for key clients or advising on UK corporate tax.
• You have experience leading and coaching others.
• You have experience building and leveraging relationships and networks.
• You have developed strong communication skills, including negotiation and influence.
• You possess an accounting or tax qualification (or equivalent work experience), including international candidates qualified through experience in their home country.
