Job Description:

This role involves managing the Real Assets Portfolio (RAP) team within the Deals team, focusing on post-transaction value management, collaborating with the Deals Tax team on tax implications, and working flexibly across the UK. The position offers opportunities for career development, engagement with diverse clients, and leadership in client relationships and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage client teams and coordinate input from specialists.
  • Contribute to RAP team leadership and recruitment strategies.
  • Drive new business development and develop client propositions.
  • Oversee financial management of client engagements.
  • Stay updated on UK tax law and contribute to team training.
  • Support team development through training and mentorship.

Candidate Requirements:

  • UK professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/legal qualification) or international equivalent.
  • Significant UK or international tax advisory experience.
  • Flexible approach to work across multiple client teams.
