What your days will look like:

• Lead teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced international deals market.
• Establish and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor; lead client engagements and cross-disciplinary solutions within Deals.
• Ensure successful project delivery and financial management.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the Deals Tax Team, identifying growth and diversification opportunities.

• You have extensive experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modeling.
• You possess a strong understanding of indirect and transfer taxes, management taxes, and international tax principles.
• You have a proven track record of building internal and external relationships within the UK and overseas.
• You can win client engagements and develop new business relationships.
