Job description

Job Title: Dealership Receptionist/Host based in LE10

Reports To: Dealer Principal

Working Hours: 1pm - 6pm Monday - Friday

Main Purpose of the Job:

  1. Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image.
  2. Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Operating Controls: Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks. Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through personal conduct and professionalism.
  2. Communication: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external representatives, as needed.
  3. Policies and Practices: Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally. Follow all environmental, health, safety, and company policies, ensuring legal compliance.
  4. Personal Criteria: Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professional behaviour. Support the dealership's reputation for excellence through appropriate appearance and conduct. Regularly assess personal performance and engage in development activities for continuous improvement.
